Services

Digital Outbreak provides web design and development, SEO, paid advertising management, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a written project agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required assets (logos, copy, photos) within agreed timelines. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect project timelines and, in some cases, additional fees.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own all work product created for your project — including code, design files, content, and any accounts we set up on your behalf. We do not retain ownership of deliverables or hold your assets hostage. Domain names, hosting accounts, Google Ads accounts, and similar assets are set up in your name from day one.

Payment

Payment terms are defined in the project agreement. Work typically begins after receipt of an initial deposit. Ongoing services (SEO, ads management) are billed monthly. Late payments may result in paused work. Disputes should be raised within 14 days of invoice receipt.

Results and guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, ad performance, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity. We commit to competent, good-faith execution of all agreed-upon work.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business details, strategy, or data with third parties without your permission, except as required to perform the services (e.g., granting access to your ad account to run campaigns).

Limitation of liability

Digital Outbreak's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Website use

The content on digitaloutbreak.co is for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
